Dr. J’s journey in this specialized field began in 1995 with the sale of his successful practice and local pharmacy. He invented and patented the first touch free dispenser and alcohol free hand sanitizer before selling the businesses and transitioning a second time to a new career in HealthCare Mergers and Acquisitions. His passion for serving healthcare professionals was sparked with Signature. Having experienced the challenges and successes of growing a Healthcare Business, Dr. J found great satisfaction assisting Doctors and management teams in all healthcare related business, striving to deeply understand the unique needs of each client, helping them find and purchase the perfect Healthcare Facility practices as well as selling the business and transitioning to a new career.  Dr. J works with his experienced financial team in securing the best possible financing options tailored to each business from SBA to bank and other financing.
